Understanding Customers' needs
Understanding your customers’ needs and expectations is critical to the success of your organisation. This course describes the importance of listening to the Voice of the Customer and determining how value is perceived. Once Critical Customer Needs are known, it lays the foundation for a Six Sigma Improvement Project and also management of the ISO 9001:2000 Standard.
